Bronze: Developmental age group composed of younger and beginning swimmers with stroke instruction and preliminary training as the main focus. Significant attention is paid to improving the technique of all strokes, starts, and turns.
Silver: A gentle progression from the previous training group. The goal is to refine strokes and turns while having fun. Increased practice time and more attention to detail are the hallmarks of this group.
Gold:
Criteria for Gold Group
1) Swimmer must be age 12 or older
2) Swimmer must attend at least 5 out of 6 practices offered weekly
3) Swimmer must complete a 400 IM (yards) in practice under 6:30
4) Swimmer must be able to complete 8 x 100 Fr on a 1:30 base/100
5) Swimmer must be able to complete a 2000 for time under 30 minutes
